Onimac

Ingredients:
1. Onions - 2 bulbs
2. Macaroni - 2 cups
3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
5. Stock cube - 2
6. Dried pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
7. Ginger powder - 1/4 teaspoon
8. Dried thyme - 1/4 teaspoon
9. Water - 2 liters
10. Oil - 5 tablespoons
11. Shredded Spinach - a handful

 Preparation
1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot
2. Add macaroni
3. Add salt.
4. After 10 minutes or when tender, drain
5. Pour oil in pot
6. Sauté onions
7. Add spices and stir
8. Add 2 tablespoons of water
9. Add spinach and stir
10. Add macaroni and stir
11. Simmer for a minute
12. Serve with beef and a glass of wine or fruit juice.
