Prawns n Spag.

Ingredients:
1. 10 medium prawns (frozen without veins)
2. 2 medium sized carrots (peeled and chopped)
3. 1 small broccoli (chopped)
4. 1 small cauliflower (chopped)
5. 1/2 can chunked tomatoes
6. Salt to taste
7. Seasoning
8. Black pepper
9. Spaghetti
10. Olive oil

Method:
1. Boil water add some salt and a little oil to it.
2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water
3. Allow to cook till tender and drain excess liquid
4. In a sauce pan, pour some oil to cover the base of the pan
5. Fry vegetables a little till almost tender and add the tomatoes
6. Season with salt and seasoning
7. Add the prawns and fry a little
8. Season with black pepper and stir.
9. Stir in the spaghetti and serve.
